Scheduling

The event will be held on Friday, April 30, at Meadowlands, Field #1 (field that is closest to the Baird). Here is the schedule for Sunday:

  • 5:30-6 pm: Ages 7 and 8
  • 6-6:30 pm: Ages 9 and 10
  • 6:30-7 pm: Ages 11 and 12
  • 7-7:30 pm: Ages 13 and 14

PLEASE NOTE: If your child is unable to make this date, there are several other PHR events in our area. To find one, simply click here and enter your zip code. You do not have to be a resident of the host town to participate in a PHR event, but you will have to register for their event, just like you do ours.

How PHR Works

Players will participate in three different contests:

Pitching — six pitches for accuracy (i.e. strikes)

Running — Timed run from 2nd base to home plate (120 ft)

Hitting — Three swings off a tee, evaluated for both distance and accuracy (how close to center the ball landed). Best of three hits is counted.

The champion of each age group will then be ranked against the other PHR competitors in our area to see who advances to the next level.
