This program is required for all of our volunteer coaches. This is a "lifetime" certification-- once you have it, there is never any need to repeat it. This is not a sports-specific program but rather is a "safety orientation and training skills program". In addition, by NJ law, the completion of this class extends partial civil immunity to volunteers who have attended a "safety orientation and training skills program."

South Orange Recreation will schedule a class before each season; coaches, watch for invitations to attend.
