Pitch Count Reporting
Coaches or Team Managers in the Minors, Majors and Babe Ruth leagues must report pitch counts to their league commissioner within 24 hours of the conclusion of each game. Commissioners and pitch count reporting locations for each division are:
- Babe Ruth:

Reports from each team must include pitch counts for both teams.
If a pitcher exceeds the Pitching Rest Threshold (as described in our local rules) while finishing an at-bat, only the threshold value shall be reported. For example, if a pitcher pitches 44 pitches, the last 6 of which were to a single batter, his or her pitch count shall be reported as 40. If a pitcher pitches 64 pitches, the last 6 of which were to a single batter, his or her pitch count shall be reported as 60, and he or she shall be subject to two Rest Days.
