Player evaluations are conducted for the Minors and Majors Divisions to help create balanced and competitive teams. Players are assessed to gauge basic skill levels for fielding, throwing, and batting. Evaluations are held in late winter and the dates will be communicated to registered players when they are finalized.

Following player evaluations, rec teams are created by team coaches using a draft process. At the draft, volunteer coaches select players for their teams. Players in these divisions will be notified by the coaches of their team placement the following week.
