This year SOM Baseball will run a player and coach development program for players ages 8, 9 and 10. We are seeking coaching volunteers to support this 90-minute clinic on Sundays, for five weekends. This will provide a unique opportunity to further develop your coaching skills and concurrently give players the opportunity to develop their skills. Your efforts will be going a long way in helping kids to build great memories.

A professional coach will create practice plans, work directly with the volunteer coaches prior to player arrival for a half hour, and then oversee the coaches running the player clinics.

We are seeking:

  • Volunteer coaches to lead 5 Sunday clinics (or as many as you can attend) for 1 1/2 hours per Sunday. The clinic will run Mid- April through May.
  • 2-3 Parent volunteers to assist with program coordination and set-up (no need to attend on Sundays)
